James Lawrence traveled the world in 2012 to amass 30 Iron Man distance sanctioned Triathlons leaving the old record of 20 in the distant dust. He and his wife, with 5 small children at home, were financially strapped from the effects of the recession, but did it anyway. James raised money and awareness for the Quiet Way organization. Adria Manary said that “enough was enough” and engaged Quiet Way together with the director of JKBAW, Edel Quinn Odongo to empower other human beings to lift themselves and their families up out of one of the worlds biggest slums and make the world a better place.
